Because there were so many books inside, I chose Finding Mrs, Right by Debbie White to review.  What was the best part, is that Gabe is honestly trying to find "the one."  His friends fix him up, he meets many women and asks them out, and there are certainly complications.

 

It just is such a sincerely funny and sweet story.  I enjoyed seeing him try to find the best of the choices he meets.  Good read and honest picture of what trying to find someone can be like.  I give this story a 3/5 Kitty's Paws UP!

'Decadent Dreams ' by Nicole Garcia is the story of Phoenix 'Phe' and Nico. Nico lost his wife about three years ago and to most people they think he had a good marriage but in actually fact his wife cheated on him. But Nico is still taking the lost of her and her cheating on him very hard. It has changed him to a very short tempered man who can't sleep. His business partner and friend has surprised him with a assistant. This assistant is Phe who may be short and small but she packs a lot of attitude into her small frame. Nico is instantly attracted to her and starts going into Alpha mode. Phe too is attracted to him but doesn't think he even notices her. They start to clash at work so much so the partner sends them both home. When something very traumatizing happens to Phe, Nico comes forward to take care of her. Can Nico learn to trust again? Will Phe let go of this fear she now has? I loved watching these two characters come together! I also loved the Epilogue that Ms. Garcia added for our enjoyment. Epilogue really put a a smile at the end of a book! This is my first book by Ms. Garcia and I am so happy to have found her writing! REVIEW

This by far in my opinion is the best book this author has ever written. It has so much depth, feeling, strength of characters.
I found myself busting out laughing one minute, wanting to cry they next. Phoenix is no ordinary female she is strong, sassy, and will put even the biggest of men in their place.
She isn't quite prepared for her new boss Nico and lord knows he isn't quite ready for the firecracker that is known to all as Phe.

I enjoyed this book very much.. It's a roller-coaster ride, gives us suspense, action, laughter and heart. Awesome reading.

I am the proofreader for this book but I am still giving you my heart felt and very honest review.

Gia was never supposed to be the one who fell in love, but here she was, falling for a human she had no business consorting with. Now, she is faced with a dilemma. Does she follow her heart’s true desire? Or will she make the ultimate sacrifice and let Rhett go in order to save his life? She thinks she’s chosen the right path, but when trouble comes crashing through the coven’s door she must decide whether or not her good intentions are worth the inevitable extinction of her kind.

 

This is book two in the series, there are 6 sisters in this coven and they will all get their story. You don't to have read book one, Bitten, before this but it helps.

 

Gia is the hardest of the sisters, she is the one who won't fall in love, won't take a mate, all because of what their old leader had told her one day. But Rhett gets under her skin from their very first meeting, and she, for a whole year, wipes his memory after every time they are together.  Pushing him away is the only thing to save him. But Rhett as other ideas and surprises Gia when she is at her lowest.

 

Again narrated by Kai Kennacott and Wen Ross. Love these two together, I really do. I noticed here, though, there was some overlapping when Gia and Rhett were talking, or rather, Rhett was laughing and Gia was talking. I don't know if this was deliberate, or not, but I really did like it! Because it happens, you know?? Someone will be talking, and someone else might be laughing at them. Cute, I thought.

 

Garcia has 4 more of these to write, I hope that, somewhere along the way, the boys will have a proper say, because they don't here, and while I usually prefer to LISTEN to books told in the first person, I really REALLY want to hear from the boys in this series, Rhett, especially!
