Three Christmases - Kat Bastion,Stone Bastion

This is the fourth full-length story about Cade and Hannah in the No Weddings series. In this story, Cade is given a dream-come-true job opportunity. The only problem is that it's on the other side of the country. Hannah is completely busy with her shop and she an unexpected email that she must deal with. During the book they are forced to look at the problems with long-distance relationships.
I've read the first two books in this series, so I was excited to read this one too. They are all well written. This was was nice in that it was in both of their POVs during their separation. I really loved the ending.
The only complaint I would have with this book is that, for being 4 books in, there isn't a whole lot of conflict (hence 4 stars instead of 5). I caught myself skimming through different parts, especially when it wasn't interaction between Hannah and Cade.
I recommend this book to anyone that likes contemporary romance.

"Three Christmas" by Kat Bastion and Stone Bastion

Book Description....

"As the holiday season approaches in this fourth book in the No Weddings Series, Cade Michaelson strives to be better at balancing work and love, and Hannah Martin’s growing ability to trust is put to the test. Lust and friendship brought us together, but with the increasing demands of my two businesses, Hannah’s thriving bakery, and our successful event-planning company, stability becomes my focus.

Then a once-in-a-lifetime career opportunity takes me to the West Coast, and everything goes into a tailspin.
Laughter, love, and excitement fill our lives, but Cade refuses to settle into the wonderful bliss we’ve found—he wants spectacular fireworks and an unshakable foundation. Driven like no one I’ve ever met, Cade insists a dream job across the country will be better for our future together, but I worry about whether we can survive the present apart.

When intimate time diminishes…and lives get more hectic…

Will a little bit of faith be all that it takes? Or will the sacrifice to get there be too great?"

What I liked about this novel....

This was a beautiful series that I have enjoyed reading by these two authors. There will be a lots happening in this series. From Hannah learning of her father...then her boyfriend Cade is offered a international job far away....will he leave Philly? And now we have from this read three Christmas parties. I will say to truly understand it all you must read the first two novels before reading this one, so I wouldn't recommend this one for a standalone read. These authors have really worked their magic in giving the reader a good read of "Three Christmases" of how Cade will make this holiday into a very special occasion for the both of them. This has been some journey with Cade and Hannah realizing finally that being together was more important than their careers. I thought these authors did a wonderful job with this well written story with this long distance relationship that wasn't a smooth ride as was showed in each on the main characters POV. With "Three Christmases" the reader with get some very good lovable characters, a real entertaining and real story that will be filled with wit and humor. Would I recommend this series? YES!

SIGH-worthy ending to the series
Three Christmases - Kat Bastion,Stone Bastion

This is it, the last of the series. I am all done.

And looking back it was awesome. More importantly the last instalment, though not my favorite was really good.

I found it was the best written actually.

This is written in Cade and Hannah's POV. Which is a really nice change. And make loads of sense as the storyline progresses.

The storyline has some rather out there things happen, well it's a novel after all. Then again, I kept on thinking, that so unrealistic. Though we are talking schematics like pay checks to be honest. But Cade and Hannah are facing difficulties that I personally have had to face in my own marriage. So could I relate?! HELL YEAH.

Though some of the things were more rom-com cliche others in this book were so real so tangible that I kinda didn't care much about the rom-com or unrealistic pay-checks too much. A bit of eye rolling is a good exercise for my peepers, I got lots of books too read after all.

This was also the best paced in my opinion. Still a wee bit too detailed at times, but I enjoyed the flow of the story line the most. In fact I think each book was written a tiny bit better. Which in it self, is fabulous.

My favorite part about this however is the character building, again. But this time, while I adore Cade, we established that in the last book, the thing that struck me most was the relation ship between Hannah and Cade. Their little jokes, private conversations, shared innuendos... and this is why in my opinion the wait over four books to get the the very satisfying ending.

A great ending to a wonderful series.

I can only recommend the series to lovers of the genre, especially if you looking for something a wee bit different.
