This is book #3, in the Waiting On The Sidelines series. This book can be read as a standalone novel. To avoid spoilers, and have a greater understanding of the series, I recommend reading this amazing series of books in order.
Reed & Nolan's story continues in this book with their relationship and where they are now. What was life like for them after college? Where is Reed going after football? Are they doing well? Is there love still strong?
Nolan is a good match for Reed. This story is so perfect on many levels. First of all, it shows some of the hardships they face. It highlights how they work things out. What support system they have, and more. I loved reading about some familiar faces and encourage you to read this incredibly emotional and sexy series.
This is a really good story with a lot of honesty. I loved how real the characters feel to me. Like if they were here in the room, we would be conversing about the story itself together. I also really love that there was no holds barred. These characters have been through quite a bit - and no I won't give spoilers - so I ABSOLUTELY encourage you to read. I give this a 5/5 Kitty's Paws UP!

This is book #2, in the Waiting On The Sidelines series. This book should not be read alone. It is best read as a follow up for the first in the series, and the series should be read in order.
Nolan & Reed's story continues as they are growing up and sometimes apart. College has a lot of ups and downs. Certainly has people trying to interfere.
Reed only wants Nolan for the rest of his life. His only other love, is football. If he can have both he will be a happy man. Trying to convey that to others, however, is just frustrating.
This is a more intense story about this great couple. I am totally fangirling and loving every page. I find their story to be rich and compelling. A deep story of love, loss, and forever. I give this a 4/5 Kitty's Paws UP!

Nolan meets Reed when he transfers in to her school. He quickly becomes a sports legend. She very soon has a serious crush. Only she knows popular and herself do not meet.
Reed has an instant like with Nolan, and calls her a friend. He is like any typical boy and wants to most out of high school. This means both sports and girls.
Their story is definitely a qualifier for the slow burn. There is immediate tension, and angst and so much more. These characters are very compelling. I enjoyed reading about their start to romance. I give this a 4/5 Kitty's Paws UP!
