Early Birdy Gets the Worm: A PictureReading Book for Young Children
Early Birdy Gets the Worm: A PictureReading Book for Young Children - Bruce Lansky,Bill Bolton Early Birdy Gets the Worm: A Picture Reading Book for Young Children
Illustrated very colorful children's book about a bird and his morning. There is only one page of words. The story is told in the pictures of the book.
Good book for a child to speak what they are seeing on the pages as the story goes along.

Best Lowly Worm Book Ever - Richard Scarry

Lowly is a busy little worm. In this never-before published story by Richard Scarry we get to follow Lowly on a busy day.  We see his morning routine, his day at school, and finish up with his Good Night routine. In between we get to see Lowly play hide and seek, practice counting, and work with different community members.

This is definitely a book that you'll want to read more than once. There is so much to see on each page.

Banshee Worm King: Book Five of the Oz C... Banshee Worm King: Book Five of the Oz Chronicles (Oz Chronicles, #5 - R.W. Ridley The gang is travelling through the forest when they meet up with a man named Bostic. He tells them about these massive man-eating shark-toothed worms called Banshees that are underground and brings them all up to his home in the trees. He feeds them and gives them a place to rest. Nice guy, right? Not so much. As it turns out, he's using them as worm bait. He wants the worms near to entice the Myrmidons who absolutely love eating Banshees and Bostic wants the Myrmadons near as he loves eating them. Gotta love the food chain in this new world. Anyhow, it all works out for the gang in the end (obviously, since there is another book in the series) but they lose Lou. She left on her own knowing they would never get back to the real world with her around.

I'm loving this series. It will be sad for it to end. The characters are so well developed I really feel like I know them. Well, it's time to end this review....I already have the next book and I just have to start reading it!!
