Review: Sophia, Princess of Beasts by Emily Raymond

A princess who has lost her mother and father finds herself in a terrifying world that urgently needs a queen.

Sophia is smart, beautiful, and accomplished, a beloved princess devoted to the people and to reading books. The kingdom is hers, until she is plunged into a nightmarish realm populated by the awful beasts she read about as a child.

The beasts are real. And so is the great army marching on her castle. The people look to Sophia for protection. They will all perish unless she can unlock an ancient secret as profound as life and death itself.

LITTLE BLACK DRESS by James Patterson and Emily Raymond
Little Black Dress - James Patterson,Emi... Little Black Dress - James Patterson,Emily Raymond
Jane believes that the little black dress she bought has caused her to open herself up sexually. She has trysts with men she has just met or picked up on the street.

I did not like Jane. I liked the secondary characters better. She did not listen to her instincts and ended up putting herself in harm's way. I was scared for her. Once she has put herself in danger she then thinks. Not something I would do. I had a hard time relating to her.

Has anyone read this book or do they plan on it?
Humans, Bow Down - James Patterson,Emily Raymond,Alexander Ovchinnikov,Jill Dembowski

I really, really want to read this book, but I feel like it's going to be 'humanity strikes out against robots and destroys them, yay!'

And I'll be all like 'boo!'

So... has anyone read this?

First Love
First Love - James Patterson,Emily Raymond This is a first love story with an adventure. It also deals with cancer and death. I liked it quite a bit, but if it would have been deeper and pulled the emotion from me, I would have liked it more. I mean first love and death by cancer, I should have been crying. I think the author maybe wanted to make it and testament to making the best of your time and going on after the fact maybe.
