Swing
Boyfriend Material - Alexis Hall

Luc is working for a charity who does not appreciate seeing his mistakes in the gossip rags.  While he does try his best, his semi-famous father is trying to make a comeback that is putting him in the sort of spotlight.  His friends and co-workers think he should try to date someone respectable and fix his good name.

Oliver has always been interested in Luc.  This chance to get to know him, and play his significant other is not one he could pass up.  Knowing it won't be easy they agree and get on with their lives.  Then the hard part happens......

I liked that this story told the truth.  Each characters felt real, open, dark, and rich at the same time.  I also loved the friendships, and I cringed at the families who made them hurt.  I also really liked the banter and sexy heat.  I give this read a 3/5 Kitty's Paws UP!

3. Examine the qualifications of the barrister

As mentioned above, choosing the most appropriate barrister is necessary as it can make a huge difference in your case. Spend time to research on the specialists you’re thinking of hiring. Locate the most eligible experts to put on your list, then compare them to each other to recognise the ideal fraud and money laundering barrister London to work with.

4. Be aware of fee agreements

Legal fees aren't cheap, and they can be tough to cover if there is no available payment agreement. Thus, before signing anything, you'll want to go over the legal service fees with the lawyer first. Aside from that, ask if they'll deduct the legal expenses like medical requests and filing fees from the final settlement amount. Evaluating the fee agreement will enable you to find out if such price will actually fit in your budget or not, assuring that you've got sufficient budget for their professional services.

With the above-mentioned tips, it could be easier to find the right money laundering and fraud barrister London to take on your case. And considering that the lawsuit process often takes a lot of time, finding a trusted lawyer right now is important in order to go through your court proceedings as soon as possible.

Bout Of Books Day #1
The Importance of Being Earnest and Other Plays - Oscar Wilde,Richard Allen Cave
Fleishman Is in Trouble - Taffy Brodesser-Akner
The Secret Barrister: Stories of the Law and How It's Broken - The Secret Barrister
The Rotters' Club - Jonathan Coe

It may be a bit ambitious, but I'm hoping to finish all these books this week for Bout of Books, plus a slim guide to the workings of the economy by Yanis Varofakis that's not in the catalogue. Even if I don't finish them all a few done would be great. I was just ironing and listening to the BBC adaption of The Importance of Being Ernest (Oscar Wilde). I'm nearly finished it and it's proving fantastic, with performances from Judi Dench and Colin Firth. I'll have that finished by tonight.

The challenge today, introduce yourself in six words:

Words abound today, why not always?

The Secret Barrister: Stories of the Law and How It's Broken - The Secret Barrister

But when Putting Victims First means rebalancing adversarialism in the complainant's favour, and tilting the scales away from the defence, I worry. The test I thihnk, in all such cases, is to put yourself in the shoes of the falsely accused. What restrictions on your ability to mount your defence are you content to accept to permit your accuser an easier ride? But as with so much when it comes to these debates, the underlying assumption is that it will never be me

This continues to stagger me. The amount of incompetence in our justice system (U.K) is unbelievable.
