The newest novel in the ‘Sentinel Wars’ is full of astounding suspense and emotions that keeps readers glued to the pages. The characters are strong, bold and easily draw readers into their lives as they both try to overcome their pasts to fight for the future of everyone, but while their attraction is magnetic and the chemistry is hot, forging a relationship is not so easy when emotions are turbulent and the pasts has such a strong hold on the hero and the heroine. 

The fast paced plot is non-stop action and suspense with major battles and surprising twist that really keep readers on their toes. The Synestryn have added a new element to the war that keeps the stronghold under constant attacks. This paranormal fantasy romance has a bit of a fairy tale feel to it as the heroine has been in an enchanted sleep for a really long time and once she awakens she has to join her mate and fight the evil bad guys, but of course it’s not as easy as all that. This fascinating read has some captivating characters and fascinating plot with a wonderfully different world, one that certainly captured my attention and keep me turning the pages. The romance between Madeline and Lev is one that has some major odds to overcome as there are misunderstandings, curses, magic, evil and trust issues to get in the way but the love and the attraction is still there and burns bright if they can just trust their hearts.

The plot is steady paced and flows smoothly throughout all the trials of tribulations of this couple’s journey to save their son with magic and thrilling battles adding excitement to the story and some unique elements spice things up as well. If you are like me and haven’t read the first two, please do because reading this story without having read them, left feeling a little lost at the beginning until I got quite a bit into the story and figured out what was happening, that’s not to say that the story wasn’t enjoyable because it was quite fascinating and kept a hold of me until I had figured it out and of course by then I really had to know how it was going to end, so I have added the previous books to my TBR pile and will hopefully get to them soon.

Lana Rodriguez is done with dragons, especially Lucas Randall and in this delightfully exciting story readers will discover whether Lana is really his mate and whether or not she can stay away.

This fast paced story flows smoothly throughout as it draws readers in and holds them hostage throughout with strong, captivating characters, red hot passion, thrilling danger and adrenaline pumping excitement. Lana and Lucas are convincing in their relationship as they pursue their respective goals but really the chemistry between these two sizzle and has sparks flying in all directions that they can’t deny the attraction. The evil that they pursue wreaks havoc with thrilling and malicious events that keeps readers biting their nails in horror and anticipation and with the surprising twists that it throws in this couple’s face, there is definitely a never moment. Although, it may have been better if the story had been longer and the plot and romance fleshed out a bit more, I was completely caught up in the story from the very beginning.

The conclusion to the Pack Bound series is a thrilling read that kept me on pins and needles throughout the book.

All the characters in this four book series are strong, compelling and easily draw readers in their story but I have to say that Shelley and Adam captured my attention from the beginning and Wolf Bound which finally tells their story certainly brings them to full and vivid life. They both have issues that readers can relate to and while they seem to be the most vulnerable, they both have very strong wills and strength of character that keeps readers completely enthralled. Their romance is sweet but so full of obstacles and hardships that the happily ever after outcome that readers are hoping for is held in suspense throughout the book.

Thrills and chills keep the readers on the edge of their seat with anticipation and wonder as the evil that threatens the weres and the witches grows and its plans solidifies into one that if successful will plunge the world into darkness and chaos. There is never a dull moment to be found in this medium to fast paced plot that has lots of suspense building events with all the characters working hard to find a way to stop the evil, but Shelley and Adam’s part in this battle has readers biting their nails during the entire story.

I was looking forward to this book as I have read the previous books and of course was impatiently awaiting the conclusion and I have to say that not only was Shelley and Adam’s story well worth the wait, but the author did a great job of answering all questions regarding the battle they are facing but the final outcome was one that is spectacular, exciting and very fitting for this series and there was no way that I could put this story down until I had read every last word.

The suspense and intrigue of all the exciting events that take place in this story keeps readers on the edge of their seat with anticipation as well as keeping them wondering just how the pack will overcome all the adversity and insecurities that flow from the pages as their enemy comes up with new ways to kill off the pack and anyone who gets in their way. There is lots of twists and turns to ensure that the readers can’t possible guess what will happen next.

I was completely caught up in the suspense of the story as well as this emotionally turbulent romance where both the hero and heroine seem to think that neither has a chance at a ‘happily ever after’. This series continues to enthrall me and their enemy continues to incite some very strong emotions from me as well, so needless to say I can’t wait to find out what happens in Moon Bound which is supposed to be released next month.
