This is book #5, in the Stand By Me series.  This can be read as a standalone novel.  For reader understanding and to avoid spoilers, it is recommended to read this series in order.

Webb loves running the bookstore.  He meets all sorts of people.  Like the newest employee.  She is very attractive, but is really trying.  When he needs help the most, they become closer.

Lily offers to help when he needs it.  She has found him so hot and could not do anything about it.  The closer proximity increases the heat levels until they are unbearable.  

This is a sweet, yet sexy story.  Right from the beginning these characters seem really meant to be.  I love the setting, pace, heat and heart.  There is a lot to be grateful for between these pages.  As usual, the series is very sexy and the characters have a ton of charm.  I give this a 4/5 Kitty's Paws UP!

Harper has tried contacting Leo about a postcard she sent him.  Then she moves across the hall from him.  They get to know each other.  They could even be friends.

Leo has something she wants back.  She also wants to keep him in her life.  Is that even possible now?  Can they feel more than they already do?  Can they bring the lies out in the open and share the past?

Such a sweet story.  The characters are very interesting.  The heat is sure turned up in this book!  I cannot wait to see what happens in the next installment in the series.  I give this story a 4/5 Kitty's Paws UP!

Kiley had a secret crush on Gunner for a long time. Then when they were teens all of a sudden Gunner stops talking to her and breaks her heart. What Kiley doesn’t know is Gunner loved her for a long time and as far as Gunner was concerned Kiley is the one that got away. Kiley’s fiance is a control freak and wanted her to give up everything to be his wife. Kiley finally decides to break things off before she is miserable in the marriage. She is a host to a reality dating game show on tv called Forever that her father is the producer of.Gunner goes on the show. But Gunner doesn’t believe in love or marriage.

I liked the plot and story Sometimes I laughed and sometimes I choked up and a tear or tear went down my cheek. The thing that didn’t really work for me was the reality show just didn’t make any sense to me but then again that's me. the characters were really good. I loved Kiley and all she went through. I think Gunner was a good character but he did run in the ground about being single and pushing Kiley away yet he really didn’t back up why. But I do recommend.

This compilation includes stories from 5 different authors.  They are really good.  I recommend this book for gifts, vacations, or somewhere you need to have a book ready.  They are all separate and individual books within the book.

For my purposes, I was after the last story in the book.  Charmer by Brinda Berry.  I had been wanting to read this ever since it had been mentioned on social media.

Reese McClain meets Cord Barton in a mall.  She is there since her niece dragged her along - only to find out she was matchmaking and wanted her to meet the famous rock star as a potential husband.  To say she is shocked kind of simplifies it.

To her credit, Cord and Reese are attracted to one another.  They meet again later at Reese's shop.  Where Cord is following her to learn the business to open his own.

Reese would find it easier if she was not crazy hot for Cord  She does not want to be - after all he can have whomever he wants.  Not a crazy aunt of a precocious teenager.  He pursues her anyway, much to her chagrin.

Such a funny, clever and sweet story.  I found the characters to be entertaining and their banter was just plain funny.When things get serious the sexy parts are nice too.  I give this book a 5/5 Kitty's Paws UP for the whole set!  Get your copy today!
