The characters are strong, bold and easily draw readers in to the story while their sizzling chemistry singes readers with every turn of the page. The romance between this couple is hot and steamy but the with the hero and heroine’s strong as steel walls, the relationship is a hard one to form and causes a whole lot of emotional angst that tugs at the heart while making it easy for the readers to understand their wants and desires.

The plot is fast paced is full of thrilling suspense, adrenaline pumping anticipation with a power hungry bad guy that his sights set on the white house. There are several stunning, jaw dropping twists in this story that adds to the thrills and excitement and really make it hard for the readers to put this story down once they begin reading.

A love potion gone wrong leads to a goddess hijacking Alexis’s body. Now Alexis will do anything to catch her boss's eye. It’s unfortunate that he starts to notice her for all the wrong reasons. Such as the army of cats following her around.

Peyton Kilpatrick has always kept his relationship with Alexis professional despite the simmering interest. But something has changed, she crackles with magic and she wants more from him than he’s able to give. As a witch and a lawyer his life is complicated enough, throw in a hell hound bite that causes all kinds of side effects around the full moon and he really isn’t boyfriend material.

When Alexis finally gets Peyton in bed, things get hairy. Peyton reveals what he is and convinces her to give up her new-found power. If she doesn’t get rid of the goddess inhabiting her body, she’ll die.

Alexis’s body has been hijacked by a goddess and while she is willing to do anything to catch the eye of her boss, he finally takes notice for all the wrong reasons. Despite his interest, Peyton is determined to keep the relationship professional until Alexis shows up for work crackling from magic and wanting more from him than he’s able to give.

This fascinating and entertaining story explodes from the pages with lots of sizzling chemistry and scorching heat between Alexis and Peyton, which could be a bad thing is this case as a goddess could cost Alexis and Peyton their lives. Which makes this relationship a bit of complicated mess with lots of emotional turmoil that readers can’t help but become caught up in as Peyton tries to convince Alexis what will happen to her if she continues on the path that she is on. Although, the characters are a perfect match for each other, readers may find that they are both a little too emotionally needy and ready to take the easiest solution to their problems and issues.

The story is fast paced and full of intriguing and unique elements that involve witches, hellhound shifters, goddesses, possession, ravens and a whole gang of cats. The story is full of scorching passion, hot scenes of intimacy and thrilling suspense that keeps readers glued to the pages of this entertaining read.

The strong, captivating characters of the The Wahyas of Walker’s Run series return with a heartwarming and emotionally gripping story that enthralls readers from beginning to end. Angeline and Lincoln are two characters that readers can really sink their teeth into and most assuredly want to know better. The romance between these two is slow and steady as they work to overcome several issues including emotionally turbulent ones while fighting their instant magnetism toward each other. The past strongly influences both decisions even as the present interferes as well in this growing relationship which is sweet and warms the heart as the couple triumph over their issues and move toward that happily ever after.

Thrilling suspense builds throughout this couple’s romance which proceeds at fast pace and flows throughout the story which is enhanced with interactions with characters from the previous book, the introduction of new characters and an unforeseen enemy that adds some adrenaline pumping danger to the story.

Visiting Walker’s Run is quite the enjoyable experience and readers can’t help but fall for these fascinating shifters and their world which has a few unique qualities that make them different from other shifters. The details of those differences are not fully explored in this story as it was in a previous story therefore reading the previous books would enhance readers’ understanding of the world which would enrich this story but it is not necessary to read the previous books to enjoy this one.

The fast pace of this story ensures that readers remain glued to the pages as the thrilling suspense builds and adrenaline pumping action draws readers deeper into this exciting and dangerously alluring apocalyptic world. There is certainly never a dull moment to be found as surprising twists keep everyone hopping and exciting events takes readers on a thrill ride as Bone and Xander set off to kill a demon or three and possibly save the world as they know it. This series is a brilliantly creative world of a war between angels and demons in an apocalyptic setting that readers can easily imagine, so beware that reading this story will take readers on an exciting journey from neutral territory, to the light side and the dark side, on stage and to a masquerade ball that readers don’t want to miss.

This story has lots of emotional turmoil that stems from Grace’s loss of memory and the strange situations that has her questioning her sanity which really has readers empathizing with her and wanting to know what happened to her.

This story is set a steady to fast pace and is one of sacrifice, secrets, betrayals, discoveries and several dangerous adversaries and one maniacal foe that is invisible. The suspense and excitement build throughout the story keeping readers on the edge of their seat while Grace searches for the truth while trying to stay alive and out of the hands of the bad guys. The author has created a wonderfully thrilling and suspenseful story that kept me glued to the pages and wanting more.
