Luke & Harper meet under the most odd of circumstances.  She needs somewhere to stay, he needs someone to run interference.  They make a deal that makes them both happy.

Harper meets everyone in this lovely little town.  She finds she loves them all and is coming to feel something serious for her rescuer.  Luke thinks she is wonderful, but a commitment now when he is about to deploy is not a smart plan.

This story has so many moments I do not even know where to begin.  The characters are so obviously meant to be together.  I love the heat and the pace went just right on.  The banter was so much fun and had me laughing out loud sometimes.  This author was new to me, but after this book - I will be reading her stories again.  I give this amazing story a 4/5 Kitty's Paws UP!

I’m normally not a big fan of MMA books but I think Cindi Madsen has changed my mind. As with all her books, this book is swoon worthy with the perfect blend of humor, romance and sweet moments. I liked both Shane and Brooklyn and they made the perfect couple. Both have overcome some crappy stuff in their past and had different ways to deal with that but yet they made the perfect couple and balanced each other out . While I enjoyed both I liked Brooklyn a bit more, while she was funny and confident she was not as cocky as Shane. But I think that is why they were made for each other. I really enjoyed this book a lot, while of course a bit predictable we still get some nice surprises, awesome characters main and side that kept me glued to the page., Plus we get a gym full hot and sweaty guys, so what’s not to love. Once again Madsen done it again and I’m looking forward to the next book in the series already.

This is book # 5 in the Shillings Agency series.  This book can easily be read as a standalone novel.  It is however, pretty nice when you can connect the characters of this book to their story too.

Steven and Lauren have been best friends for a long time.  Lauren has been in love with him probably just as long.  Steven always goes from one woman to the next.  Until one night, Lauren kisses him.

Everything changed when their lips met.  Now, it is hard to be in the same room and not touch.  But changing the best friend dynamic is not so easy to do.  They both have a lot to lose if they cannot work it out.

I loved this story!  These characters base their relationship on honesty.  They respect each other and want a future together.  I found it refreshing and the sexy times are hot!  I give this book a 4/5 Kitty's Paws UP!
